“…accuracy, honesty, professionalism, knowledge…”

We bought four properties so far with Amir. Every time, it was the same scenario: accuracy, honesty, professionalism, knowledge, quickness. Amir deals fluently with all the pitfalls, working around and solving the problems. He is always available, he answers emails and phone calls quickly, and he always volunteers his good advice that helped us to achieve our goals.

“…Rarely will you find a seasoned realtor who is also a licensed contractor.”

Amir Hardy's talent for real estate, design and construction is unparalleled. Rarely will you find a seasoned realtor who is also a licensed contractor. He can not only find you your dream home, but he can help you design it, remodel it and see value where you would never dream. He recently found us an amazing home in a neighborhood in San Francisco we never thought possible we could afford. He showed us the potential in what to the untrained eye was a house that needed way more love than we had to give. He helped us bid correctly on the house and we got it! And lucky for us, that was just the beginning of our work with Amir. He then helped us plan, design and remodel this old house into more than we could have ever imagined. There is no one out there like him and I say that with all honestly. No one can do what he does. You'd be lucky to work with him.

“Do yourself a favor and meet Amir.”

I used to read real estate agent reviews and felt the writers were suckers on an adrenaline high after closing. So, having been to this rodeo before, let me state:

1. In a low inventory SF market, Amir often toured a place with me and said instantly "Forget it, this is not worth the price".

2. On the day my inspection contingency was going to run out, he took me to see two other properties that had just come on the market, just to make sure we were not missing anything (no other realtor I've ever met would let a client get within 100 miles of a new property this close to locking in a commission).

3. Late in escrow, he was still monitoring comps to make sure he believed he'd got me a good deal.

Do yourself a favor and meet Amir.
